Reflections privacy
This page explains what Reflections stores, when AI is used, and how you can export or delete your writing.
What Reflections keeps
Account details plus your notes, moods, tags, attachments, future letters, Life Wiki pages, and relationships. Your private writing is encrypted on your device before it is saved.
Device-side encryption
Private writing is encrypted with a key derived from your password, so the server stores data it cannot read. A recovery phrase is the only other way in if you forget your password.
AI and Smart Mode
AI features use relevant writing only when you choose an AI action or turn on Smart Mode.
Export and deletion
You can export notes, delete individual notes, and remove saved app data from Account.
